Bonjour j'ai acheté le justocorps "sirène" l'année dernière en octobre mais il a tout de suite été trop petit. Donc ma fille ne l'a jamais mis...est-ce que on pourrait l'échanger contre le même mais en plus grand? Pour le rajouter à ma nouvelle commande pour un deuxième justocorps que je voulais commander. According to our return and exchange policy, you have a right to refuse or exchange the item during 7 days after receiving. According to the fact that you received the leotard last October, we have a right to reject your claim even without processing. But as soon as you are going to place a new order and you are known as a respectable customer, we will consider your claim.

To exchange the small "Sirene" leotard to the one in bigger size, please send the small leotard back at our warehouse. When we receive the small leotard and check for defects, you'll be informed about the results of your claim.  If we find out that the item was worn or has mechanical failures (splits, scratches, chips), excluding concealed manufacturing faults, we will take negative decision and refuse to settle your claim.
